I have been going there for fa few years and I happen to go to the lees summit and that was a horrible experience. Went back to state line location told them about it, paid for the 45 pick and my doors were ignored. If your going to charge someone that much to do what,was specifically the difference between the 30 and 45 dollar pick, then I believe you should probably do that. Both back doors were ignored all because I said something specific about what lees summit didn't do and they only focused on that. Please do the whole package that is listed. How hard is that?Spent 55.00 to get half-ass work done.

I was extremely disappointed by my experience here. The interior detailing was extremely rushed. It felt like the employees were very mistreated and the whole environment felt very negative. I will not be going back here, and don’t recommended it to anyone.

I use this location and the OP location and I enjoy the ease of use and pricing of your service. Although my car is basically cleaned the same at both locations it is obvious to me that there is less water, soap, hot wax and lower water pressure used by the automated wash at this KC location. Also at the OP location a pretreat is applied by attendant that guides me in everytime but is never applied at KC location. Final rinse is also less thorough at the KC location with more soap and spots being left behind. Op location is meeting my expectation but KC location falls a little short

The two stars are specifically related to the interior cleaning! Expensive for mediocrity, or maybe my expectations were too high. Today I purchased a membership and paid an additional $15 for the interior cleaning service. I’m so disappointed a on the fence of canceling vs giving it one more try.

I came in today for an interior/exterior wash and the attendant said they’re only taking interior cleans for those with a membership for the foreseeable future. I agreed to a $75/month membership and somehow, my car ended up in worse shape than when I brought it in. The dash didn’t seem wiped down, the seats and console definitely wasn’t, there was still dirt and debris left… I don’t entirely know what they did, but I’m bummed. I was refunded, but I tipped and spent 45 minutes waiting around for no reason.
